Competence in Material Science, Global Food and Food Contact legislation, General Management, Innovation and Sustainability management, IT Compliance Systems, Advocacy Programs. High international visibility, key connection point between Industry, Academia and EU and National Institutions.

Francesca Mostardini
Experienced Food Scientist, with large breath of knowledge of all aspects of the Food Contact legislation for all materials: compliance checks, applications submissions (including recycled plastics), risk assessment, scientific and regulatory advice on toxicology modelling and exposure calculation. Skilled project manager, supporting clients in regulatory and sustainability projects, eco-design (including Design for Recyclability), environmental labelling. Davide Ingala
Davide owns a Ms. in Food Science from the University of Milano. He developed experience in the quality assurance and quality control of food and food packaging companies for more than 15 years. He is an expert auditor in the packaging, food, supplements and pharma industry. He has also developed skills in migration modelling and use of expert software, especially suitable for the safety assessment of food contact plastics derived from recycling processes.
